By accessing or using the services provided by Nexolve Consulting ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you authorize Nexolve Consulting to provide administrative filing services and, where applicable, submit filings to the appropriate government agencies on your behalf.
Nexolve Consulting provides business formation preparation, registered agent services, compliance assistance, website creation, and related administrative corporate services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Any information provided through our platform is for informational and organizational purposes only.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us during registration, formation, or service requests is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the security of your account credentials.
All fees for services rendered are clearly communicated prior to purchase. Registered agent and compliance services may renew after the initial service period at the published renewal rate ($99/year for Registered Agent). If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may request a refund of the applicable Nexolve service fee within 14 days of purchase. Government filing fees and other amounts paid to third parties or state agencies are non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexolve Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
